  • Provide first-line support to users for common computer, software, and network issues.
  • Respond to user inquiries and troubleshoot problems via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Document issues and resolutions in a ticketing system.
  • Assist with account management tasks such as password resets.
  • Identify problems that require escalation to a higher level of support.
  • Provide basic training and guidance to users on software and systems.
  • Perform basic hardware repair or replacement as needed.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an IT help desk role.
