• Lead the design and development of data solutions to enable seamless delivery of data for analysis, reporting, and visualization.
• Define and enforce data engineering best practices and standards across the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and develop data architecture strategies.
• Build scalable and efficient data pipelines to ingest, transform, and load data from various sources.
• Implement data governance and security measures to ensure data privacy and compliance.
• Optimize data processing and querying performance to meet performance requirements.
• Mentor and guide junior data engineers to develop their technical skills and knowledge.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data engineering to drive innovation and improvement.
متطلبات الوظيفة
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8-10+ years of experience in data engineering or a related role.
• Strong proficiency in data engineering technologies and tools, including ETL frameworks, SQL, Python, and big data platforms (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
• Solid experience in building and optimizing data pipelines and data architectures.
• Knowledge of data governance, data security, and data privacy best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
