• Develop and execute transformation strategies and plans to drive organizational change and achieve desired business outcomes.
• Lead and manage cross-functional teams to implement transformation initiatives and deliver projects on time, within budget, and with high quality.
• Identify and assess risks and issues that may impact the success of the transformation program and develop mitigation plans.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and impact of the transformation program.
• Provide regular updates and reports on the progress of the transformation program to key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for the transformation initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to drive engagement and adoption of the transformation initiatives.
• Identify and leverage best practices, tools, and methodologies to optimize the transformation program.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation in the transformation program.
متطلبات الوظيفة
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a program manager or project manager leading complex transformation initiatives.
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to influence and drive change at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge and experience in change management frameworks and methodologies.
• PMP certification or related certifications are a plus.
