OVERVIEW/BASIC FUNCTION: Responsible for the administration and maintenance of associates recruitment, including resourcing, talent pooling and development of the employer brand.RESPONSIBILITIES:• Identify and use outside recruiting sources. • Post on ATS the positions approved by DOTC and MD• Interview all applicants for management and line level positions and submit references. • Ensure the existence of a recruitment and selection system, ensuring the right candidate for the right job. • Ensure that the application, screening, interview and hiring process for all candidates is carried out in accordance with hotel policy and procedures. • Oversee the consistent implementation of corporate and local policies on recruitment and selection; ensures the proper training is implemented for major task players. • Source candidates for managerial positions, in coordination with the Director of Talent of Culture• Keep a network of experienced managers as probable talent pool. • Conduct interviews for management and executive positions. • Ensure job descriptions are accurately typed and maintained for all designations at all times. Design and maintain communication venues (i.e. bulletin boards, flyers, e-mail teasers, etc.)• Maintain files on all current laws regarding Talent & Culture on:a. Background Checksb. Workers Compensationc. Immigrationsd. Applicant Trackinge. Behavioral Interview Screening ResultsQUALIFICATIONS: • Experience: Minimum three years’ experience as a Talent Acquisition Executive in the Hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury or ultra-luxury environment. • Education: College degree. • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System.• Well organized, good at prioritizing and able to work to tight deadlines.• Must be confident, and approachable, with excellent communication skills.• Highly conscientious and detail focused.• Ability to negotiate.• Language: Required to speak, read and write English, with fluency in other languages preferred.
