SearchPlus HR, a leading human resources consulting firm, is currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Consultant or Specialist in ENT (Ear, Nose, and Throat) to join our reputable healthcare team.
As an ENT Consultant or Specialist at SearchPlus HR, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating various conditions and disorders related to the ears, nose, and throat. You will work closely with patients to provide comprehensive care and improve their overall quality of life.

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients' medical history and perform comprehensive physical examinations
- Diagnose, treat, and manage disorders and diseases related to the ears, nose, and throat
- Perform head and neck surgeries, including tonsillectomies, adenoidectomies, and thyroidectomies, as necessary
- Prescribe medications, therapies, and treatments tailored to individual patients' needs
- Provide specialized care for patients with hearing and balance disorders
- Perform various diagnostic tests, such as audiograms, endoscopes, and imaging scans
- Counsel and educate patients about their conditions and treatment options
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation
- Stay updated on the latest advancements, research, and best practices in the field of ENT
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards in patient care

Working Time is Full Time.
Salary is AED 45K TO AED 90K

متطلبات الوظيفة
- Medical degree and valid license to practice as a Consultant or Specialist in ENT
- Residency training in Otolaryngology (ENT)
- Specialization or fellowship training in ENT
- Board certification or eligibility in Otolaryngology
- Proven experience in diagnosing and treating a wide range of ENT conditions
- Expertise in performing head and neck surgeries
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide compassionate care to patients
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
- Detail-oriented mindset and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
