This program is designed to develop talented individuals in the tech field. It will run from July to September, which will provide you with intensive training, mentorship, and hands-on experience, focusing on areas like software development, data analysis, data engineering, and business intelligence. You'll work on real-world projects under the guidance of experienced professionals while expanding your skillset. Responsibilities
- Assist with data collection, cleaning, and transformation processes to ensure data accuracy and usability.
- Learn and utilize BI tools such as [list relevant BI tools, e.g., Microsoft Excel, Power BI, AWS] to create reports and visualizations for various business stakeholders.
- Support senior analysts in performing ad-hoc data analysis to answer specific business questions.
- Participate in the development and maintenance of data dashboards and reports.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization.
- Participate in team meetings and actively contribute to discussions.
- (Optional) May assist with data governance initiatives.

- Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Science, Actuarial Science or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, formulas).
- Ability to learn new software and technologies quickly.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Curiosity and passion for data and its potential to drive business decisions.
