  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
  • Review job descriptions and determine questions that reflect the requirements for each position.
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
  • Compile lists of the most suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references.
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
  • Represent the company at different job fairs and events.
  • Implement an end-to-end hiring cycle to ensure a positive experience for candidates.
  • Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities using the ATS system.
  • Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities or the different assigned projects.
  • Conduct quarterly meetings with employees of the assigned accounts with the alignment of the SDM to receive their feedback, increase their awareness of the HR policies and processes, and improve their engagement level.
  • Participate in the engagement activities of the assigned account and encourage employees to participate in Advansys activities.
  • Communicate the new non-technical training needs with the L&D team and evaluate the program's impact on the employees with the SDM.
  • Support the business when required and resolve all employee-related issues.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Education/Years of experience: Business or a relevant field / 4+.
  • Specific Technical & Practical Knowledge:  CBI is a must; an HR Certificate is a plus.
  • Business, Market & Industry Knowledge: A Tech background is a must.
