AlWatania Information Systems is a leading provider of SAP consulting services, specializing in the development and implementation of custom SAP solutions. We are currently seeking a Senior SAP Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) Developer to join our team. As a Senior ABAP Developer at AlWatania, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining SAP ABAP solutions for our clients. You will work closely with stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to understand business requirements and translate them into efficient and effective ABAP programs. Your expertise in SAP ABAP development will contribute to the success of our clients' SAP implementations and enhancements.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy SAP ABAP programs and enhancements, including reports, forms, interfaces, conversions, and enhancements.
- Perform code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Optimize program performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP ABAP with other systems and modules.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP ABAP programs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP ABAP developments and trends.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as an SAP ABAP Developer, with a focus on advanced programming and development.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP ABAP programming language and development tools.
- Strong experience in developing and implementing SAP ABAP programs, reports, forms, interfaces, conversions, and enhancements.
- Experience with SAP ABAP performance tuning and troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- SAP ABAP certification is preferred.
