Job Title: Marketing Lead

Salary: 8,000 AED + Incentive (depending on experience)

A Dubai based luxury scent company with spirituality, sustainability and giving back at the essence of its soul, creating signature collections is seeking a dynamic, passionate Marketing Lead to join their women-founded and women-run company.
Position Overview:
The Marketing Lead will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness, drive sales, and foster customer loyalty. This role requires a dreamer, strategic thinker & doer with an understanding of the luxury market, exceptional creativity, and a proven track record in marketing high-end products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement a cohesive marketing strategy aligned with the brands vision and business goals.
- Identify and capitalize on market trends, opportunities, and customer insights to drive growth.
- Brand Management:
- Uphold and enhance the brand's image and reputation through innovative and consistent marketing efforts.
- Ensure all marketing materials and communications reflect the luxury and exclusivity of the brand.
- Campaign Development:
- Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, print, and events.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality content that resonates with our target audience.
- Digital & Social Media Marketing:
- Manage the brands online presence across three to four social media platforms.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and followers.
- Utilize SEO, SEM, and analytics to optimize online visibility and engagement.
- Content Creation Management:
- Oversee the content creation process from ideation to execution, including photo shoots, reels, videos, and photography.
- Ensure all content aligns with the brands aesthetic and messaging.
- Public Relations & Influencer Collaborations:
- Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and industry partners.
- Coordinate PR efforts to secure high-profile coverage and endorsements.
- Identify and collaborate with influencers to promote the brand and products.
- Sales & Product Launches:
- Work closely with the sales team to develop marketing initiatives that drive retail and e-commerce sales.
- Plan and execute product launches both in-store and online.
- Create compelling product presentations and sales materials.
- Event & Pop-Up Management:
- Plan and execute exclusive events, product launches, collaborations, pop-up shops, and client events that reinforce the brands luxury positioning.
- Manage event logistics, from concept to execution, ensuring a memorable experience for attendees.
- Loyalty Program:
- Develop and manage a customer loyalty program to foster repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Use data and insights from the loyalty program to inform marketing strategies.
- Advertising:
- Plan and execute advertising campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Market Research:
- Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
- Use insights to inform marketing strategies and product development.
- Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities, adjusting strategies as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the luxury goods or fragrance industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce.
- Experience managing social media platforms, including content creation and community engagement.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to innovate and adapt in a dynamic market.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
