A a
Senior Business Development Manager you will lead our business development efforts across our Egypt and Saudi Arabia branches. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving business growth, building strategic partnerships, and leading a team of business development professionals.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve organizational goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.
- Lead and mentor the business development team, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Oversee market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competition.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of business strategies.
- Prepare and present business proposals, contracts, and presentations to potential clients.
- Monitor and report on business development performance metrics.
Knowledge, Skills, And Experience
We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field , MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in the technology or education sector is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of business development strategies and market analysis.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
- Ability to travel as required between Egypt and Saudi Arabia.
