As a Procurement Admin at Chefaa, you will play a crucial role in supporting the procurement team in sourcing, purchasing, and maintaining relationships with vendors and suppliers. You will assist in the preparation of purchase orders, maintain accurate records of purchase transactions, and monitor vendor performance. Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all procurement transactions are accurately recorded and documented, with invoices processed correctly and discrepancies promptly resolved.
  • Assist in entering purchase order details, supplier information, and inventory data into the procurement system.
  • maintain accurate purchasing reports, including order status, delivery schedules, and inventory levels.
  • Ensure all procurement documents are filed and organized correctly.
  • Assist in communicating with suppliers to confirm order details, delivery schedules, and tracking shipments, updating the procurement system with delivery information.
  • Assist in following up on purchase orders (POs) to ensure timely delivery, resolve issues, and close the purchasing cycle, ensuring all related documentation is complete.
  • Work closely with the Business team, finance department, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure a smooth procurement process.
  • Assist in pricing and other procurement-related tasks as needed.

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • 1 to 3  years of previous experience in a similar role
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Previous experience using Orga.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Working Setup

  • Work schedule: 6 working days per week
  • Work Location: Chefaa Headquarters in Maddi
