Warehouse Assistant

Zahr Freighters is currently seeking a Warehouse Assistant to join our team in Dubai. As a Warehouse Assistant, you will play a key role in the overall success of our warehouse operations by assisting with various tasks. This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing incoming shipments.
• Inspect incoming inventory for damaged or incorrect items.
• Stock inventory in designated areas and ensure proper labeling and organization.
• Pick and pack orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist with inventory counts and audits to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in a warehouse or similar role is preferred but not required.
