Manfacturing Lead

Eatigo Foods, a leading provider of high-quality frozen foods, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Manufacturing Lead to oversee and optimize our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food manufacturing, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Job Description:

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations and ensure production targets are met.
• Develop and implement production schedules to optimize efficiency.
• Ensure product quality meets regulatory standards, maintaining HACCP and GMP protocols.
• Lead and supervise the manufacturing team, providing training and performance evaluations.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and conduct regular safety training.
• Manage raw material and finished goods inventory levels.
• Maintain accurate production records and prepare performance reports for senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing or production, preferably in the food industry.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Certifications in HACCP, GMP, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma are highly desirable.
