We currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Critical Care Medicine Consultant to join a renowned hospital in the United Arab Emirates. As a Consultant Critical Care Medicine, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to critically ill patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute illnesses. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care for patients.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough examinations of patients admitted to the ICU and other clinical areas
Order and interpret necessary investigations under the guidance of the departmental Head/Coordinator
Document patients' medical history, treatments, and progress in the designated forms
Collaborate with specialists and consultants for referrals and consultations as needed
Provide written handover at the beginning and end of duty shifts
Ensure compliance with administrative policies and maintain accurate documentation
Train and supervise nurses, paramedical, and support staff as required

Requirements:

Specialization Degree in Critical Care Medicine or related field
Minimum 5-10 years of experience post specialization in Critical Care Medicine
BLS certification
ACLS certification
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong critical decision-making abilities
