Job Purpose:

We are seeking a dedicated Procurement Coordinator to join our dynamic team in the automotive industry. This role is pivotal in enhancing our supply chain operations by leveraging direct OEM networks, developing key supplier relationships, and ensuring continuous improvement through strategic data analysis and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with automotive OEM networks to initiate and enhance business opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough data analysis, manage, and synthesize data into weekly reports to track and improve lead generation.
  • Research and evaluate suppliers to develop and implement supplier recommendations.
  • Regularly review key supplier performance to ensure compliance and alignment with business goals.
  • Provide essential support in documentation for the department.
  • Coordinate effectively with internal teams, ensuring accurate and timely collection of necessary details.


Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree and proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • A proactive, eager-to-learn attitude with a strong ability to implement strategic plans effectively.
