ATAD International General Trading is a leading company in the machinery industry, specializing in the import and distribution of high-quality machinery and equipment. We are currently seeking an After-Sales Engineer to join our team.
As an After-Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our customers after the sale of our products. You will play a key role in ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. This position requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with machinery and equipment.
- Conduct on-site visits to diagnose and repair machinery breakdowns.
- Provide training to customers on the proper use and maintenance of our products.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and solutions provided.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in machinery technology.
- Assist with the development and implementation of new after-sales service strategies.
