Job Title: Admin Assistant
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 2500 - AED 3000
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Admin Assistant with a background in accounting and documentation. The ideal candidate will be a Filipina with at least 2 years of relevant experience in her home country. UAE experience is not mandatory.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks, including processing invoices, expense reports, and maintaining financial records.
- Prepare, organize, and manage documents, ensuring they are stored appropriately.
- Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as needed.
- Support the office staff with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative role with a background in accounting and documentation (minimum 2 years).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Filipina candidates preferred.
