Responsibilities

  • Hardware Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance, upgrades, and repairs on desktops, laptops, servers, printers, and other peripherals and Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware problems & complications
  • System and Network Maintenance: Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, assist with the setup and configuration of network devices, and perform routine system maintenance tasks including software updates and backups
  • Database Management: Manage and troubleshoot database issues as part of maintenance activities
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and resolutions; create and update technical documentation


Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience as IT Support Engineer (Hardware Maintenance)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing hardware issues, strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and peripheral devices
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team
