iSchool is currently hiring for the position of Call Center English Account. As a Call Center English Account representative at iSchool, you will serve as the first point of contact for our English-speaking customers, providing exceptional customer service and resolving their inquiries and concerns.


Responsibilities

  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service to English-speaking customers, addressing their questions, concerns, and inquiries.
  • Accurately enter and maintain customer information in our CRM system.
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting and technical support regarding our online coding platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
  • Follow call center scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent communication.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and industry trends.

  • Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
  • Fluency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively handle high volume calls while maintaining professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience with CRM systems and call center software is a plus.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, further education is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
