iSchool is currently hiring for the position of Call Center English Account. As a Call Center English Account representative at iSchool, you will serve as the first point of contact for our English-speaking customers, providing exceptional customer service and resolving their inquiries and concerns.
Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide excellent customer service to English-speaking customers, addressing their questions, concerns, and inquiries.
- Accurately enter and maintain customer information in our CRM system.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting and technical support regarding our online coding platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
- Follow call center scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent communication.
- Meet or exceed individual and team targets and KPIs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and industry trends.
