Join our client's team, a leading provider in the online retail space, as a Marketplace Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Dispute Management:

  • Address and resolve customer disputes by leveraging comprehensive knowledge of company policies and marketplace/merchant guidelines.
  • Handle disputes related to a variety of issues, including:
  • Items not received
  • Return requests
  • Items not as described
  • Unrecognized transactions
  • Missing or damaged items
  • Craft and edit response drafts to ensure effective communication and resolution of disputes.
  • Ensure timely management and resolution of all disputes.

Documentation and Support:

  • Provide supporting documentation for dispute resolutions.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all dispute interactions and resolutions.

Requirements:

Technology and Automation:

  • Proficiency in utilizing the company’s proprietary technology and automation tools.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks using internal systems.

Interpersonal and Communication Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.

Adaptability and Problem-Solving:

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced technology-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to exercise good judgment and initiative.

Qualifications:

  • A college degree is preferred, but equivalent industry experience will be considered.
  • Above average computer proficiency and the ability to quickly learn new software and systems.

  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure and handle difficult customer interactions professionally.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in DTC marketing, with a focus on e-commerce.
  • Proven track record in enhancing UI/UX for e-commerce platforms.
  • Experience with Shopify store management and optimization.
  • Proficiency in using Klaviyo for email marketing, with a knack for creating engaging content with provided assets.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in using data to drive e-commerce growth.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Availability to work EST hours is required
