As a Non-Air Fulfillment Agent, you will be responsible for processing and fulfilling non-air travel components such as accommodations, car rentals, and activities. Your attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional customer service will ensure a seamless travel experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process hotel bookings for clients and groups travelling domestically and internationally.
  • Provide visa application assistance and immigration related services to visitors.
  • Arrange car rentals, airport pickups and drop offs through certified transportation providers. 
  • Handle any changes or cancellations to existing bookings for ground travel and accommodation.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding their non-flight travel needs, through email, chat “inbound” and calls “outbound”
  • Handle reservations, payments and bookings for hotels, transportation, tours and activities.
  • Obtain visa documentation, verify requirements and submit applications on behalf of clients.
  • Align with various ground suppliers and service providers to arrange service details
  • Coordinate special requests, amendments and refunds.
  • Maintain booking records, process invoices and revenue reports 
  • Provide travel planning assistance, quotes, routing and pricing to travel consultants
  • Resolve customer issues, queries and feedback regarding ground reservations
  • Maintain high value of quality while helping the customers during before sale contact and after sales.
  • Communicate with Hotels/Suppliers through different channels “Emails, Calls”

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Bachelor's degree in tourism, hospitality or a related field “Preferred”.
  • 3 years of experience in a travel reservations or guest services role .
  • Knowledge of major hotel brands, car rental companies and visa requirements.
  • Strong client service, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with travel booking software and databases.
  • Ability to handle large volume of requests during peak periods.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy when processing transactions 
  • Proficiency in English is a “must”.
  • Willingness to learn various destinations and stay up to date on changes
