We are seeking ambitious Freelance Property Sales Agents to join our expanding team. As a freelance agent with us, you will have the flexibility to work remotely or from our offices in Dubai and the UK, managing your schedule to maximize your earnings through commission-based incentives.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
- Conduct property showings and presentations to potential buyers and renters.
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related real estate matters.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease agreements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate market trends and developments in Dubai and the UK.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients to facilitate repeat business and referrals.
