Job Title: Wellness Manager

Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Wellness Manager to join our prestigious Aesthetics Clinic in Dubai. As a Wellness Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our wellness programs and services, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and operational excellence. This role requires a strong background in wellness management, a passion for health and beauty, and the ability to lead a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive wellness programs tailored to meet the needs of our clients.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the wellness department, including scheduling, staffing, and budgeting.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of wellness professionals, including therapists, nutritionists, and fitness instructors.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and client satisfaction are maintained always.
• Conduct assessments and consultations to understand clients' wellness goals and recommend appropriate treatments or programs.
• Collaborate with other departments to create integrated wellness and aesthetics treatment plans.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of wellness programs, making adjustments as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in wellness and aesthetics.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, Wellness Management, Hospitality, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in wellness management, preferably within a high-end spa, wellness center, or aesthetics clinic.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
• Solid understanding of wellness treatments, nutrition, fitness, and holistic health practices.
• Experience in budget management, scheduling, and inventory control.
• Certification in relevant areas such as nutrition, fitness training, or spa therapies is a plus.
