Real Estate Broker

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Real Estate Broker to join our team at Honcho Real Estate. As a Real Estate Broker, you will serve as a point of reference between property owners and prospective buyers, helping landlords promote their properties for sale and offering advice to interested buyers. Your goal will be to facilitate and secure mutually satisfactory agreements.

Responsibilities

• Assist sellers in effectively promoting their properties to attract advantageous offers
• Create and implement marketing strategies to advertise properties
• Evaluate clients' desires and economic capabilities to provide appropriate property suggestions
• Provide information on legal guidelines, rates, specifications, and property availability
• Mediate negotiations between sellers and buyers, ensuring good conduct and the honest exchange of information
• Conduct thorough market research to appraise the value of properties
• Present properties to potential buyers and address inquiries and concerns
• Draft and review legal documents such as contracts and agreements
• Coordinate property auctions or exchanges
• Manage and maintain lists of properties for sale
• Collaborate and network with external stakeholders including contractors, home inspectors, and attorneys
• Supervise real estate agents and provide guidance and support as needed
• Stay updated with market trends and best practices in the real estate industry
