Our client is a liquidity and technology provider of solutions for the crypto and foreign exchange (FX) industry. The company specializes in B2B services and products, catering to a wide range of clients including large licensed brokers, crypto exchanges, crypto brokers, forex brokers, hedge and crypto funds, and professional managers. The product is an advanced base of ready-to-use technical solutions that enable brokers to save time and money on consuming infrastructure projects and focus on enlarging their client base and increasing their revenues.


Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven experience in full-cycle IT recruitment, including sourcing, and screening.

  • Advanced English. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to attend industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to expand the talent pool and stay updated on industry trends.

  • Ability to collaborate seamlessly with diverse teams, including hiring managers, HR professionals, and C-level executives, to achieve shared objectives efficiently and effectively.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.

  • Familiarity with the crypto and (FX) industry, including an understanding of the market, trends, and terminology would be a plus.

Responsibilities: 

  • Identify, attract, and hire top talent for various positions for any business needs of the company (both in tech and finance).

  • Evaluate and refine recruitment processes, tools, and strategies to optimize efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate experience.

  • Review resumes, conduct screenings, and perform initial assessments of candidates to evaluate their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit with the company.

  • Coordinate and conduct interviews, both in-person and remote, with candidates.

  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, and ensuring timely communication and feedback.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, develop hiring strategies, and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.

  • Create job descriptions, and post job openings on relevant job boards.

  • Collaboration with recruitment agencies.

  • Finalizing the interviews with the candidates that had been provided by the recruitment agencies

  • Collaborate with the HR team to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have the necessary information and resources to integrate into the company successfully.
