Human Resources Intern - Jumia (Full Time)

What we are looking for:

• Supporting with the employees' onboarding and offboarding Process
• Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
• Helping the HR team create and implement company and HR policies and procedures and employee handbooks
• Updating company databases by inputting new employee contact information and employment details.
• Assisting in the planning of company events
• Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters.
• Maintain employee files and records along with efficient archiving structure for documents
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations
  
  

Requirements and skills:

• BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field
• Additional HR training will be a plus
• Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
• Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
• Detail-oriented.
• Aptitude in problem-solving
