Senior Commercial Manager (Electronics Retail Industry)

Jadeer is hiring on behalf of one of its clients, a leading company in the Electronics and Home Appliances Retail Industry worldwide.

Scope: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Commercial Manager with a strong background in the electronics retail industry. The ideal candidate will have a keen ability to drive strategic initiatives, manage commercial relationships, and optimize retail operations. This role requires a combination of strong leadership, exceptional analytical skills, and a deep understanding of the electronics market.

Responsibilities:

Commercial Strategy Development

• Develop and implement effective commercial strategies that align with business objectives in the electronics retail industry.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activities to enhance competitive positioning.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing commercial team.
• Foster a collaborative environment across departments to ensure seamless operations.
  
  

Customer Focused Operations

• Ensure a customer-centric approach in all commercial activities and operations.
• Develop strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  
  

Financial Management & Analytical Skills

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for retail operations.
• Utilize analytical skills to drive profitability and manage cost control.
  
  

Communication & Problem Solving

• Maintain clear and effective communication channels with internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve commercial and operational issues promptly.
  
  

Creative Thinking & Adaptability

• Employ creative thinking to develop innovative solutions and approaches.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years experience in commercial management within the electronics retail industry.
• Strong client relationships, especially with governmental clients are a must.
• Proven track record of leading teams and managing commercial operations successfully.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in retail analytics, financial management software, and MS Office applications.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
