Responsibilities

  • Conduct full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates who are seeking jobs in their native language, in other countries.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop effective job descriptions and requirements.
  • Utilize various recruitment methods and platforms to find top-quality candidates in the consumer services industry.
  • Engage and build relationships with candidates to understand their career goals and aspirations.
  • Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for various job positions.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and employers.
  • Provide regular updates to both candidates and employers about the recruitment process.
