Overview: The Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in shaping our client's marketing strategies and driving their business objectives, with a strong preference for candidates with a digital focus and events background. This role involves strategic planning, identifying and negotiating with potential partners, and setting clear partnership goals. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong marketing acumen, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Marketing Strategy: Create comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the client's business goals. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to propose actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Tactical Objectives and Action Plan: Establish clear tactical objectives and develop detailed action plans to achieve the strategic marketing goals. Ensure timely execution and optimization of the plan to meet targets.
  • Identifying Potential Partners: Research and identify potential partners who align with the client’s brand and strategic objectives. Build a robust partner pipeline to support business growth and market expansion.
  • Negotiate with Potential Partners: Lead negotiations with prospective partners, aiming to achieve favorable terms that support the client’s strategic goals. Employ persuasive negotiation tactics and maintain a professional approach throughout discussions.
  • Identify Partnership Goals and Strategies: Define clear objectives for each partnership. Develop strategies that leverage these partnerships to enhance the client’s market position and achieve mutual benefits.
  • Market Analysis: Continuously monitor and analyze industry trends and customer behavior to support strategic decision-making. Prepare detailed reports and presentations on market analysis findings.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Regularly interact with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business objectives. Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration to implement marketing initiatives.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies. Provide regular updates to senior management on progress towards strategic goals.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget. Ensure optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI and achieve financial objectives.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role with a focus on strategy and partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of market research techniques and marketing principles.
