As an Assistant Store Manager, you will assist the Store Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the store. You will be responsible for maintaining excellent customer service standards, achieving sales targets, and managing the store staff. Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.
• Maintain and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service standards and personalized assistance.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are met and the store is presented in an attractive and organized manner.
• Train and motivate store staff to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
• Monitor and analyze store performance indicators, such as sales reports, and take appropriate actions to maximize profitability.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager in developing and implementing marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales.
