Years of Experience: 2-3 Years

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Preferably HRM)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Visitor Management:
    • Greet and guide visitors professionally.
    • Handle inquiries and transfer calls as necessary.
  • Mail Handling:
    • Receive, sort, distribute, and dispatch daily mail efficiently.
  • HR Assistance:
    • Assist the HR team with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Document Management:
    • File and maintain incoming and outgoing documents meticulously.
    • Scan and upload documents following company procedures.
    • Review and update documents regularly.
    • Archive files and ensure all team members have access to necessary documentation.
    • Retrieve files as requested by employees and management.
    • Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive documents.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Provide administrative and support services to the head office team.
    • Ensure other personnel are updated on new document versions and how to obtain access.
