Live Ops Intern Job Description

  • Real-Time Order Monitoring: Follow up with the fleet for ongoing orders in real-time.
  • Courier Quality and Performance Monitoring: Monitor courier quality and performance, and provide feedback to the operations department.
  • Order Management: Manage and oversee orders, ensuring they are assigned efficiently to designated couriers based on optimal routes and delivery capabilities.
  • Efficient Order Assignment: Efficiently assign orders to couriers based on their current location, delivery capacity, and optimal routes.
  • Report Generation and Analysis: Generate and analyze reports on courier performance, quality, app usage, and other key metrics.
  • Effective Communication: Communicate effectively with couriers and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless delivery experience.
  • Feedback Reporting: Report daily overview feedback to operations managers.
  • Action Plan Development: Set an action plan for performance, adherence, and quality enhancement if needed.

Qualifications For Both Positions

  • Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of logistics and delivery operations, route optimization, and fleet management principles.
  • Analytical Skills: analytical skills to generate and analyze performance reports, identify trends, and develop action plans.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with couriers, clients, and internal stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and departments to achieve common goals.
  • Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order assignment, report generation, and monitoring activities.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
