Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Our client, a prominent full-service law firm in Abu Dhabi, is seeking a proactive and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support the senior management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the senior management team.
  • Prepare and distribute minutes of meetings.
  • Manage scheduling and booking arrangements for meetings, travel, and other events.
  • Organize and maintain files and records, ensuring confidentiality.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation.
  • Coordinate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders as needed.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned to ensure the smooth operation of the office.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
