Our client primarily deals with customized eco-friendly shopping, promotional/gift and retail bags and various other eco-friendly products made of PP Non-Woven, Jute, Juco, Cotton, Canvas and Kraft Paper.

We are seeking a smart, proactive, and organized individual to join our team as a Secretary & Admin Assistant. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to our executives and perform basic HR administrative tasks.

  • Executive Support:
    • Manage executives calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
    • Prepare and organize documents for meetings, presentations, and reports.
    • Handle travel arrangements including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
    • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
    • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Administrative Duties:
    • Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, managing office inventory, and maintaining office equipment.
    • Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
    • Assist in the preparation and distribution of company documents and reports.
    • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
  • HR Administrative Support:
    • Assist in the recruitment process including scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
    • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
    • Assist with onboarding new employees and organizing orientation sessions.
    • Support payroll processing and maintain attendance records.


Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Secretary, Personal Assistant, or Administrative Assistant.
  • Must be fluent in Tagalog language
  • Basic HR administrative experience is preferred.:
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.


Location: Sheikh Zayed Road, Trade Center

Timings: Mondays to Fridays | 9am to 6pm
