Job Title: Junior Lawyer

Reporting to: Senior Legal Associate

Our Client is a full-service law firm established in 2007 in the UAE, specialized in providing advises and supports for local, regional, and international clients across various legal areas. Their reputable services include Corporate & Commercial, Banking & Finance, and Dispute Resolution & Litigation. they are currently looking or a Junior Lawyer to join their team in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements.
• Assist in Mergers & Acquisitions transactions, including due diligence and documentation.
• Provide legal support and advice on a wide range of legal matters.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Liaise with clients and other parties as required.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree from a recognized institution. Masters degree is a plus
• 3-5 years of experience in a reputable law firm or in-house legal department.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong experience in commercial contracts, agreements, and Mergers & Acquisitions.
• Arabic speaking is highly preferable but not a must.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
