Job Description

Service Delivery Professional Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance and strategic counsel to senior management, advising on best practices and emerging trends.

  • Identify and analyze risks and opportunities, providing strategic guidance to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Lead the implementation of initiatives, leveraging expertise to ensure efficient execution and optimal results.
  • Manage high-impact projects and cross-functional teams, providing advisory support to drive collaboration and excellence.
  • Conduct thorough post-implementation reviews, offering constructive feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Develop and communicate tools, processes, and compliance measures, offering advisory support to enhance efficiency and adherence.
  • Drive goal-setting, planning, and business plan presentations, providing advisory input to optimize strategic direction.
  • Cultivate effective relationships with stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor and ambassador for the company externally.
  • Assist in client communication plans and program setup, offering advisory support to ensure alignment with client needs and objectives.
  • Review program performance and offer strategic insights for improvement, serving as an advisory resource for optimization.
  • Act as the primary client interface, providing advisory support and fostering strong relationships to drive mutual success.
  • Ensure billing accuracy and manage change effectively, providing advisory guidance to maintain client satisfaction and compliance.
  • Facilitate best practice sharing and offer advisory support to match company solutions with client needs and opportunities.
  • Candidate Profile:
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • COPC Certificate (is a must)
  • Ability to drive change.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical approach and Logical thinking.
  • Self-starter with a sense of urgency, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Two years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Openness to receive guidance and direction while developing competence through structured assignments.
