SearchPlus HR is currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced Consultant/Specialist Internal Medicine to join our team. As a Consultant/Specialist Internal Medicine at SearchPlus HR, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch healthcare services to our clients.
As an Internal Medicine Consultant/Specialist, you will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide range of acute and chronic diseases in adult patients. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, order and interpret diagnostic tests, develop personalized treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible patient outcomes. Your expertise and dedication to patient care will contribute to enhancing the health and well-being of individuals within our client organizations.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough evaluations of adult patients' medical histories and symptoms
- Diagnose and treat a variety of acute and chronic diseases and conditions in adult patients
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including laboratory work, imaging studies, and biopsies
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop personalized treatment plans
- Prescribe medications and other appropriate treatments, adhering to established standards of care
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary
- Provide patient education and counseling on managing their medical conditions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in the field of Internal Medicine through continuous learning and professional development
Requirements
- Medical degree and valid license to practice as an Internal Medicine Consultant/Specialist
- Completion of a recognized residency program in Internal Medicine
- Proven experience in diagnosing and treating a wide range of acute and chronic diseases in adult patients
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based medical practices and the latest developments in Internal Medicine
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
