SearchPlus HR, a reputable human resources consulting firm, is currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Maternal and Fetal Medicine Physician. As a Maternal and Fetal Medicine Physician, you will provide specialized care to pregnant individuals and their unborn babies, ensuring the health and well-being of both mother and child.
In this role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments, diagnosing and treating high-risk pregnancies, and performing specialized procedures and interventions. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated and personalized care, offering expert guidance and support to patients and their families.
Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive assessments of pregnant individuals and their unborn babies
- Diagnose and manage high-risk pregnancies, complications, and fetal conditions
- Monitor fetal growth, development, and well-being through ultrasound and other diagnostic techniques
- Recommend and perform specialized procedures and interventions, such as amniocentesis and fetal monitoring
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans
- Provide patient education and counseling on prenatal care, childbirth, and postpartum health
- Participate in research, teaching, and staying updated with advancements in maternal and fetal medicine

متطلبات الوظيفة
- Medical degree and Master degree
- Completion of a recognized residency program in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Subspecialty board certification in Maternal and Fetal Medicine
- Extensive experience in managing high-risk pregnancies and fetal conditions
- Advanced knowledge of obstetrical ultrasound and other diagnostic techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients and colleagues
- Empathy, compassion, and a patient-centered approach to care
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle a diverse caseload
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment
- Commitment to staying updated with the latest advancements in maternal and fetal medicine through continuing education and research
