Responsibilities

  • Providing technical assistance and support to end users for software, hardware, and network-related issues.
  • Installing and configuring computer systems, networks, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Diagnosing and resolving technical problems and escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members.
  • Setting up accounts and profiles for new users and managing access permissions.
  • Performing regular maintenance and updates on systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Creating documentation and providing training to users on IT procedures and best practices.
  • Monitoring and responding to IT tickets and requests in a timely manner.
  • Collaborating with other IT team members to implement new technologies and improve systems.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience in IT support or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently or as part of a team.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) may be preferred.
  • Familiarity with help desk software and remote support tools.
