Apt Resources is currently seeking a Male Plant Procurement professional to join our esteemed client, the Royal Palace. As the Plant Procurement, you will be responsible for sourcing and procuring high-quality plants and flowers. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, a deep understanding of plant species and quality standards, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and prestigious environment.
We are looking for a candidate with a passion for horticulture, a keen eye for aesthetics, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Source and procure a variety of plant species, flowers, and landscaping materials
- Ensure the quality and freshness of plants and flowers, maintaining the highest standards
- Collaborate with landscape designers and gardeners
- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with suppliers
- Maintain inventory levels and oversee the logistics of plant transportation and storage
- Monitor and analyze market trends, identifying new sources for unique and exotic plants
- Work closely with the Royal Palace team to ensure the timely delivery of plants

The salary is AED 5000-8000 plus free accommodation, free food, free toiletries plus all other benefits as per UAE labor laws.

- Good experience and understanding of the Nursery industry and plant
- Proven experience in plant procurement, preferably in a high-end or luxury environment
- Deep knowledge of different plant species, quality standards, and horticulture practices
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with procurement software is a plus
- Flexibility to work during evenings and weekends, as required
