Are you a dynamic and experienced leader with a passion for the bakery and pastry industry? Do you thrive in a fast-paced and innovative environment? If so, Our Client is looking for you to join our team as our General Manager for our Premium Bakery & Pastry division in Cairo, Egypt.

As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of our premium bakery and pastry company, ensuring the highest quality products and exceptional customer service. You will work closely with our executive team to develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives
• - Oversee day-to-day operations of the premium bakery and pastry division, including production, inventory management, and customer service
• - Ensure the highest quality standards are met for all products and services
• - Manage and mentor a team of bakery and pastry professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure a high-performing team
• - Monitor and analyze financial performance, making adjustments as needed to achieve targets
• - Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute effective promotional and advertising strategies
• - Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other partners
• - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and customer preferences to drive innovation and growth
• - Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and standards
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
• - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role in the bakery and pastry industry
• - Strong leadership and team management skills
• - Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability
• - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• - In-depth knowledge of bakery and pastry production processes and techniques
• - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• - Familiarity with financial and inventory management principles
• - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
