As a Specialist Clinical Pathologist at SearchPlus HR, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting laboratory tests and specimens to diagnose and monitor diseases. Your expertise in clinical pathology will contribute to improved patient care and outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret laboratory tests, including hematology, microbiology, clinical chemistry, and immunology
- Make accurate diagnoses based on laboratory findings and patient history
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to provide clinical guidance
- Participate in quality control and assurance programs to ensure accurate and reliable test results
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in clinical pathology practices and techniques
- Contribute to research and development initiatives in clinical pathology

Requirements:
- Medical degree and valid license to practice as a Specialist Clinical Pathologist
- Completion of an accredited pathology residency program, specializing in clinical pathology
- Board certification in Clinical Pathology
- Proven experience analyzing and interpreting laboratory tests in a clinical setting
- Strong knowledge of clinical pathology principles, practices, and diagnostic techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Ability to handle a high volume of cases and prioritize workload
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
