Job Overview

We are currently seeking a Housekeeping Trainer to join our team. The Housekeeping Trainer will be responsible for training and developing our housekeeping staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housekeeping and training, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement training programs for housekeeping staff, including room attendants, housemen, and laundry attendants
  • Conduct training sessions on housekeeping procedures, standards, and best practices
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of housekeeping staff, providing feedback and coaching as needed
  • Develop training materials, manuals, and job aids
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company standards and procedures
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new housekeeping staff
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in housekeeping and training
  • Maintain a safe and clean training environment

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in housekeeping, preferably in a training role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and training software
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
