We are looking to hire a Receptionist for one of our clients (a restaurant in Al Ain). It is an immediate joining and we will consider only those applications who can join immediately.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Meeting & greeting customers
  • Booking appointments via telephone / online / Whatsapp / chat / social media accounts
  • Follow up on appointments
  • Providing information to customers about services.
  • Prepared for any unforeseen situations and act promptly to resolve the issues
  • Cash handling
  • Operating POS
  • Ensuring Electronic Payments, Card payments, and online payments are charged accurately and ensuring payments are gone through the system
  • Invoicing and billing
  • Preparing Documents.

Requirements

  • An Arab speaker with good English speaking skills is a must.
  • 0-1 years of experience.
  • Freshers are encouraged to apply.
