Apt Resources is currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join their client's team for an award-winning Restaurant. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating and serving authentic cocktails and drinks, ensuring that every customer has a memorable dining experience. If you have a strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits, and enjoy engaging with customers, we would love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails and beverages.
- Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for customers.
- Engage with customers to discuss drink options and make recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
- Take orders and handle cash and credit card transactions.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.

AED 2900 to 3500 + 375 Food allowance + 250 to 450 (Service charge Avg) + 1200 Credit card tips + cash tips + free sharing Accommodation + Transport + uniforms + Health insurance + air ticket ( once every two years) + Paid leave as per UAE laws

- Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant setting.
- Extensive knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
- Computer literacy
