As a remote recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing Norwegian-speaking candidates, as well as building strong relationships with both candidates and employers.

Responsibilities

• Use various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media platforms, and networking, to find qualified Norwegian-speaking candidates for open positions
• Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess candidates' suitability for specific roles
• Utilize applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools to track candidate progress and document all interactions
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Maintain regular communication with candidates and employers to provide updates and guidance throughout the recruitment process
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights and advice to candidates and employers
