Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Help Desk professional. The Help Desk professional will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users. They will assist with network administration, ensure network security, and deliver exceptional customer service.


Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Network Administration and Information Technology
  • Experience in troubleshooting technical issues
  • Proficiency in network security practices
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Relevant certifications in IT support or related field
  • Experience in software development is a plus
