Raya Smart Buildings; one of Raya's subsidiaries is hiring a Supervisor (Procurement & Warehouse)

What will you do?

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet the company's purchasing requirements.
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor vendor performance.
• Coordinate with various departments to determine their procurement needs and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Supervise the warehouse team, oversee inventory control, and optimize storage space.
• Implement best practices for inventory management, including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.

What will you need?

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 7 years of proven experience in procurement and warehouse management roles
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain supplier relationships
• Solid understanding of inventory control practices and warehouse operations
• Proficiency in using procurement software and inventory management systems
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a team
