Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential international markets and clients.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand our business internationally.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and industry influencers.
- Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and prioritize international growth initiatives.
- Lead negotiations, contract discussions, and deal closures with international clients.
- Provide regular reports and updates on international business development activities.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, International Business, or Business Finance or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in an international setting.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing international market entry strategies.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
- Fluent in English communication.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural and diverse team environment.
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
