A multinational Company is looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager with a proven track record of 14 to 18 years in human resources. You will:




  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

  • Lead the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent.

  • Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs to enhance skills and encourage career progression.

  • Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitive packages that attract and retain employees.

  • Implement performance management processes to drive employee engagement and productivity.

  • Handle employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and provide guidance on conflict resolution.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including health and safety standards.

  • Collaborate with leadership to address organizational challenges and contribute to strategic decision-making.



Skills and Qualifications:




  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Fluency in English
